You’ll begin to feel changes in your energy and focus almost instantly. In fact… The heavier you are when you start, the more pounds you’re more likely to lose during week one.
In week two, you’ll notice your cravings for unhealthy food evaporate as your body begins burning fat for fuel. You’ll also notice much lower systemic inflammation, joint pain vanishes, headaches, and low moods begin to become a distant memory.
However, what most members look forward to is ‘the fat flush’, where a significant amount of weight is dumped at once.
This happens because your body fully makes the transition into burning body fat for energy and usually results in a massive unloading of body fat and water weight.
The fat flush happens anywhere between 2-4 weeks after starting, and can result in a massive 10-15 pounds dropped within an extremely short period of time.
By week 4, your mood, energy, and mental focus continue to improve, while the pounds keep melting away. At this point, cravings that used to distract you, or throw you off will mostly subside.
By week six, most of our most dedicated members experience weight loss in the double digits and love how they feel. They love the energy, the mental clarity, the extra time they can spend with their friends and family, and the feelings of finally being in control with renewed optimism for the future.
The great part is as your metabolism accelerates, your fat-burning ability will begin to accelerate along with it. That’s why as good as it is in the first few weeks, the fat loss can be quite dramatic in weeks six through eight.
