Absolutely not. Remember, I designed this system to help my mom get back into shape after 3 spinal surgeries.
In fact, we have found exercise to be counterproductive when you’re overweight or obese. Each pound you’re overweight is equivalent to 4 pounds of pressure on your joints.
So even if you’re just 50 pounds overweight that’s like 200 pounds of additional pressure on each of your joints, so imagine the impact that’s gonna have on your knees on the treadmill, or on your spine, during practically any routine.
Not to mention just eating one extra cheeseburger takes 2.5 hours of steady state cardio to burn it off. So you can’t exercise your diet.
Use the system, and go for a brief walk if you need to move around. Once you’re using the system, you’ll lose weight and naturally have more energy throughout the day. You’re going to feel amazing and naturally, you'll want to do more things.
That’s when your body is telling you hey - we’ve got some energy now, we’re a bit lighter, and you know what, I feel like going for a light jog today, or I feel like jumping in the pool and going for a swim. Okay, and the point is it’s a natural process and over time you WILL become more active.
